Andrei Daicer

President of D.G.T. Association and Vicepresident of Geo Club Association from Romania. Andrei is an experienced youth worker (since 2008) participating in more than 40 Mobilities all over Europe and not only (under Youth in Action, Anna Lindh, Council of Europe and Erasmus+). Also, Andrei was an active part at the writing and implementation of more than 20 Mobilities happening in Romania and is managing the work and work flow of the entire Informal Do Great Things Network in which D.G.T. Association and Geo Club Association are the 2 most active organisations. He is direct responsible as well for managing the EVS Hosting projects in these 2 associations (logistics, administration, etc). Besides this, Andrei is a Certified Trainer in Romania and a Certified Project Manager as well having in the background studies of International Business and Economics and Finance&Banking at the Academy of Economical Studies in Bucharest.

Alexandra Ionescu

Alexandra Ionescu is the Vicepresident of D.G.T. Association and President of Geo Club Association from Romania, who already has extensive experience in youth projects and mobilities for youth workers. She is a Certified Trainer.  Her vast experience at international level and in the management of work teams and methods brings for this project an added value in the management component and plays the role of effective management of the volunteer project. Alexandra is responsible for: Managing reports and necessary documentation. She handles the communication with the most important international partners so she is the project manager for a KA3 project cofunded by Erasmus+ (EACEA) and to a project co funded by EEA Grants-Norway Grants. As a conclusion, she is always supported by the remaining staff already mentioned and in the remaining direction of D.G.T. Association. 

Gabriela Ionescu

Gabriela is one of the founding members and Vicepresident of D.G.T. Association. She has experience in volunteering, training, facilitating and organizing different educational and civic activities. Due to her profession (lecturer and researcher) currently works at the Department of Power Production and Usage, Polytechnic University of Bucharest. She had the opportunity to participate in numerous events centered on educational development having more than 60 publications in this field. Gabriela is used to work in/cross-cultural teams. These diversified working experiences allowed her to have an inter/multi/trans-disciplinary vision correlated with collaborative knowledge. In her training, she uses and combines formal, non-formal, and informal learning. She supports the ideas of the D.G.T. team, its members, and collaborators.

Adrian Cocardan

Adrian is a youth worker with a good practical organizational experience in youth projects, having important roles in over 15 youth exchanges and mobilities for youth workers implemented in Romania. He is responsible of all the logistical and administrative aspects of such events, financial management and coordination with local entities in the area of the implementation (suppliers, local authorities, local NGOs, volunteers, etc). Furthermore, he handles the communication with our international partners, ensuring that they are aware of their tasks and that they respect the given agenda.

Iuliana Adriana Pavel

Iuliana is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest.
Passionate about human nature, knowledge and development, Iuliana is determined to create new learning opportunities for children, young people and adults, so that they reach their maximum potential. Since 2011 she has been involved as a trainer, facilitator and project developer for national and international projects on topics such as: leadership, organizational development, project management, personal and professional development, youth participation and structured dialogue. Starting with 2020, Iuliana is part of the National Network of trainers coordinated by ANPCDEFP, on the ERASMUS + programs and the European Solidarity Corps.

Ioana Ursache

Ioana Ursache is a certified youth worker with more than 7 years of experience in NGOs and non-formal education. She started as a local volunteer while in highschool and continued her path to learn and improve in this field since then. She had the chance to learn more about youth work in Finland, while being an European Solidarity Corps volunteer in Allianssi Youth Exchanges, and represented Romania in the biggest NGO fair of Finland, named Nuori, 2023 edition. She has experience in training and facilitating international mobilities, such as trainings, youth exchanges, and workshops, and also coordinated a team of 5 international volunteers a few years ago, when the program was called European Volunteering Service. She has competencies in non-formal education, bringing valuable methods in the activities and she is especially interested in debriefing and evaluation methods, to actively support the learning process of the participants.

Paul Iordache

Paul is the president of BMN Association,
having a broad experience in Erasmus+ program, a
period of over 4 years. He, throughout the youth
organisations from the country, was part of the logistics
team that implemented youth mobilities and training
courses in Romania, but also on the expanse of the old
European continent and also in distant lands such as the
Caribbean Archipelago or the island of Reunion in the
Indian Ocean. As a graduate of UBB, Cluj-Napoca, with
a political science and educational and pedagogical
studies specialization, Paul had the responsability of
selecting the Romanian participants who participated in
the projects of the partners from abroad. It is also
important to mention that he, in less than three years,
has taken part in over 14 youth exchanges, trainings and
study visas funded by the Erasmus Program.

Alexandra Geambasu

Passionate about lifelong learning and working with people, Alexandra uses the experience gained as a personal assistant, facilitator of non-formal learning activities and project coordinator to further develop our community through creating and implementing learning opportunities for people. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, and she chose to use her knowledge and abilities in developing and facilitating long-life learning for people of all ages. As core values, she appreciates fairness, equality and love.

Andreea Florescu

Andreea is a young woman with a degree in Political Science and currently a UBB master student. In addition to her academic activity, she has 7 years of volunteer experience in her community library, organizing and participating in library activities. In addition, since 2019 he has participated in youth mobilities and trainings, which bring together various topics, and then goes on to write projects. Currently, he is a trainer in the library workshops, the coordinator of a solidarity project and a youth worker.

Gabriel Neaga

Gabriel is a member of the D.G.T. Association since the beginning of 2022. He is a professional ballroom and Latin dancer and a graduate of International Affairs and Economics. He spent a semester in Poland as an Erasmus student between 2019 and 2020 and was involved in Erasmus + projects. After returning home, he joined the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) as part of the communications department. Gabriel relies on his enthusiastic personality to bring spark to the lives of the people around me and to support their adventurous spirit.

Adelina Loghin

Adelina is a graduate of Security Studies at the Faculty of History and Philosophy, currently following a master’s student in Security, Intelligence and Organizational Competitiveness at Babeș Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. She has extensive experience in Erasmus + projects. Her passion is web design. At the moment, she puts this passion into practice within the D.G.T. Association, being responsible for digital content, respectively social media.

Ilinca Luca

Ilinca is in her last year of college at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi, Faculty of Geography and Geology. She is also part of the NGO DGT, being a former member of the National Scout Organization of Romania, participating in volunteer activities, hikes and trips with them and organizing local events, such as coordinating the slackline workshop in the edition of the 2018 year of the Festival of Light, following which in 2019 he will coordinate the entire festival. She practiced the shotokan fudokan karate style, and in 2016, following an examination held in front of the commission, he acquired the status of black belt, being officially recognized by the National Karate Federation. From 2019 he started to actively participate in Erasmus projects, initially participating in those at national level, and later to participate in exchanges of experience in other countries.
