To enter Portugal you need an RT PCR test with a negative result. (this cost is not refundable, we will check with the organization if it can be included in the 360EUR, if it is not exceeded)
When you return to Romania, you don’t need anything at the moment, Portugal is in the green zone!
We will resolve you not to be quarantined because you will receive Youthpass certificates and the certificate from the organization that we have traveled for educational purposes.
