This project brought space for training, consultations, meetings and exchanges of youth workers who work in youth organizations, youth clubs or within informal groups.

The aim of the project was to invite 20 people from 10 countries for the creation of a high quality training course for subsequent projects in the future.
During the training, we created a space for the exchange of knowledge, skills, attitudes, comparing of activities and trends from different European countries, talking about the effective ways of work, talking about how to involve young people to leisure time activities and how to work with media tools.
The program was prepared by expert instructors in communication, negotiation, coaching, conflict resolution, participation, public relations, prevention of risky behavior, how to conduct feedback, engage youngsters in activities, new methods and forms of work with youth, new spontaneous activities and work with the media.
