Project “Recycle the light” was an idea of young people interested in ecology and sustainable development, which aimed to connect different points of view and to discuss topics of recycling, responsibility and innovation in approach to ecological challenges, bringing together various types of identification and understanding of the problem in different countries.

It incorporated European awareness on cultural differences and similarity, social inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities, trough discussions and workshops that had the ecology and sustainable growth as main topics. A part of the exchange was to tackle the theme of recycling and environmental preservation by using improperly discarded materials and turning them into something useful such as supports for lighting items (lamps and chandeliers).
