Training Course "Youthpass+HRD=Employability"
The main aim of this TC was to discuss the common points between the Youthpass process and the Human Resource Development (HRD) training and learning cycles to support youth employability within the framework of strength‐based approaches to change. This course targeted young project managers, youth workers and project leaders, bringing together 27 participants from 10 Programme Countries, in Murcia, Spain, for 6 days. Partners included a range of organisations from local youth NGOs to national and international networks involved in youth employability issues. The methodology consisted of a variety of strength‐based and non‐formal learning exercises and techniques, such as group work, role-playing, simulations, reflection, creation activities, interviews, brainstorming, debriefing, etc., that were used to introduce, experiment with and analyse the different contents.

Thank you, D.G.T., for this chance! I had a great week together with other 27 exceptional young people from 7 countries, a week in which we debated subjects related to the development of the human resources, the importance of the Youthpass certificate, but also aspects connected to the employability of young people linked to this certificate. It was an amazing experience and it helped me receive a great deal of precious information, I met interesting people, I made friends and partners for future projects. (Eliza Chirila)
